The First Strike story
First Strike is the works' oldest product and its sternest judge. When a new splint wood, a new paraffin or a new compound arrives, it goes into First Strike boxes first, because kitchen drawers are the least forgiving place a match will ever live: damp, jostled, and struck by people who are already holding the frying pan.
